Zera Fit ("we," "us," "our") provides online fitness coaching services. We are fitness professionals, not healthcare providers. This disclaimer applies to all services, content, and communications provided by Zera Fit.
Not Medical Advice
The information, programs, and guidance provided through Zera Fit are for general fitness and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
Consult Your Healthcare Provider
Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider, especially if you:
- Are over 40 years of age
- Are in perimenopause or menopause
- Have any chronic health conditions
- Have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other cardiovascular conditions
- Have joint, bone, or musculoskeletal conditions
- Are pregnant or postpartum
- Take medications that may affect your ability to exercise
- Have been sedentary for an extended period
- Have any concerns about your ability to safely engage in physical activity
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in any exercise program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, muscle soreness, fatigue, and in rare cases, serious injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
By using Zera Fit's services, you agree that you exercise at your own risk and that Zera Fit, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages that may result from your participation in our programs.
Limitations of Online Coaching
Online fitness coaching has inherent limitations. We cannot physically observe your form, monitor your physical responses in real time, or assess environmental factors in your workout space. You are responsible for:
- Performing exercises with proper form and technique
- Stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms
- Exercising in a safe environment with appropriate equipment
- Staying hydrated and nourished appropriately
- Communicating honestly about your health history, current conditions, and any changes in your health status
Credentials and Scope
Our lead coach holds a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) certification with 15+ years of experience and is currently completing advanced Women's Fitness Specialization training. Our coaches operate within the scope of fitness professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.
Nutritional Information
Any nutritional guidance provided is general in nature and based on widely accepted fitness nutrition principles. It is not medical nutrition therapy and should not replace guidance from a registered dietitian or your healthcare provider, particularly if you have dietary restrictions, food allergies, eating disorders, diabetes, or other metabolic conditions.
Emergency Situations
If you experience a medical emergency during or after exercise, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not wait to contact Zera Fit.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
