About the author

Gabby

NASM-CPT, 15+ years · currently completing advanced Women’s Fitness Specialization

Gabby is a NASM-certified personal trainer with 15+ years of experience. She helps women build strength through body changes, injury recovery, and real life, and every tier is fully remote.

She started with Zumba because movement should feel joyful, then moved into strength training because your body after 35 needs more than cardio. Hormones, bones, metabolism, and menopause are the center of how she coaches.

She is currently completing NASM’s advanced Women’s Fitness Specialization.

What Gabby coaches

Strength training and movement for women through perimenopause and menopause, with programs built around your body, your schedule, and your equipment.

Gabby is a personal trainer, not a doctor. These articles are general education, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you start a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition or an injury.
