With over 14 years of training experience, I hold a Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I’ve also earned certifications in Primal Exercises, Functional Flexibility After 65, Barre, Aqua Zumba, and Zumba Instruction. This diverse expertise enables me to create well-rounded, customized programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
